Returns and refunds
Our 60-day money-back guarantee
Try FLOW for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If it is not for you, email us and we will refund your order in full. You keep the jar, there is nothing to send back.
How to get a refund
- Email support@lumessy.com within 60 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- We confirm by email and refund your original payment method.
Shipping is free on every order, so nothing is deducted from your refund. Depending on your bank, a refund can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, no return needed.
Gifts
Refunds go to the person who placed the order, in the original form of payment. If you received FLOW as a gift, email us and we can offer store credit instead.
No subscriptions
FLOW is sold as a one-time purchase only. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
